Unfortunately no, if the visitor wishes to attend both sites they will have to buy both skip the line tickets for the Acropolis Museum and Acropolis of Athens.
Admission tickets are non-refundable. For half & full day tours, cancel up to 24 hours prior the date of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours have a full cancellation fee.
It’s best to visit the Acropolis in the early morning or the late afternoon as it is the less popular times and the crowds are smaller. If someone wants to avoid completely the crowds its best not to visit the summer months which is high season and visit between October and April.

No, the tickets don’t included guided tours to the Acropolis sites. If a visitor want to have a guided tour they have they have two options:
Purchase a skip the line ticket with the audio guide option
Purchase a skip the line ticket with walking tour with a professional licensed guide
